1. No Refunds on Digital Products All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant-access nature of these products, no refunds will be issued once a product has been: Downloaded Accessed Delivered
2. Before You Purchase (Digital Products) Please ensure that you: Thoroughly review product descriptions Confirm system compatibility and product suitability Understand that your purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable
3. Nature of Digital Products Digital products include but are not limited to: Templates Plugins Online courses Downloadable tools or content These products are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.
4. No Refunds on Services We do not offer refunds for any services, including: Website design Development, Software or consulting Strategy sessions or training Conditions: Services are non-cancellable once initiated or resources have been allocated No refunds for scope changes, lack of participation, or partial work Services are non-transferable and non-refundable
Physical Products – Return & Replacement Policy
5.1 Return Window Physical product returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 5.2 Replacement for Physical Damage If a product is physically damaged upon delivery, we will offer a replacement only, not a refund. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photo evidence of the damage. 5.3 Return Conditions Product must be returned in original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Returned items showing signs of misuse or damage due to customer handling will not qualify for replacement.
6. Cancellation Policy Company-Initiated Cancellations: Excel Beck Consulting reserves the right to cancel any order or service at its sole discretion, for reasons including: Suspected fraud Abuse of policy Violation of terms If we cancel a service before delivery or work begins, a partial refund may be issued, subject to our review. Customer Cancellations: Digital products: Cannot be cancelled once the download link or access credentials have been sent. Services: Cannot be cancelled once work has started or internal resources have been assigned. All customer cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
7. Limited Technical Support
We offer limited support for issues related to downloading or accessing digital products.
We do not provide customizations, bug fixes, or functionality changes for third-party software.
